No. They scan with the phone camera and their spot opens in the browser.

Can fans see what is left?

Yes, if you turn on limited supply. Set how many you have and slide the count down as it sells. Fans see what is likely left at their turn, and Sold out tells everyone waiting.

Can I add someone by hand?

Yes. Add them by name on your phone and call their number out loud.

How many fans can I take?

The Event plan covers one event with up to 250 guests. For a bigger show or a tour, Pro covers 500 guests a month and Business covers 5,000.
